2581 <br />WHEREAS, since that date a parcel of property con- <br />tained within said assessment roll has been replatted by <br />the property owners, and <br />WHEREAS, the County Auditor of Ramsey County requires <br />that apportionment of the original assessment against each <br />original tract where it has later been divided, sold or <br />conveyed be made by the Village of Falcon Heights in order <br />that said County Auditor can extend the proper assessment <br />against each parcel of property thereafter. <br />N6i'J, THEREFORE, the Village Council of the Village of <br />Falcon Heights hereby makes the following apportionment of <br />original assessments against the following described <br />properties: <br />ORIGINAL ASSESSMQ'dT <br />Subject to Hamline Ave. and Roselawn Ave. <br />and exee t So. 6 feet, that part of the <br />North l~ of the East 8 acres of the NE 1/l.,. <br />of the S6Y 1/~. of Section 15, T. 29, R 23, <br />lying westerly of Hamline Ave X5,537.28 <br />TOTAL ORIGINAL ASSF„SSiv~NT X5,537.28 <br />RE-PLATTING OF ORIGINAL ASSESSMENT <br />Part S of Roselawn Ave., PJ of Ruggles Ave., and <br />E of Klattts Add No. 2, of NE 1/?~ (subj to Rds <br />& Esmts) in Sec. 15, T 29, R 23 X5,537.28 <br />TOTAL RE-PLATTED ASSESSMENT $5,537.28 <br />Said resolution was duly seconded by Stone and upon a vote <br />taken thereon the following voted in favor thereof: Nilsen, <br />Strandquist and Stone and the following voted in opposition: <br />None. Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed <br />and adopted. <br />Voters Letter from Richard Kyle, village attorney, enclosed copies <br />Registration of Chapter 72i~, Laws. of 1967, and M.S.A. Sec. 201, .which <br />Mandatory: constitute the new mandatory registration of voterst law. <br />Plumber Authorized Strandquist moved, seconded by Stone that Floyd Farrell <br />to work in Villages and Florence M. Farrell dba J. F. Farrell and Son, 990 West <br />Montana, St. Paul, lginnesota be authorized to do plumbing <br />work within the Village of Falcon Heights. Ayes: A11. <br />Nays: None. Motion was carried. <br />Gasoline Filling Having met the requirements, it was moved by Stone, seconded <br />Station Licenses by Nilsen that the following Gasoline Filling Station <br />Renewed:.. Licenses be renewed for the year July 1, 1967 through <br />June 30, 1968. <br />
