2592 <br />application made by Sussell Company on behalf of <br />Alfred Fleury on July 13, 1967 for conditional use <br />of that property ~.escribed as Lot 22, Block 7~ <br />Northome Second Addition located at 150~.West Iowa <br />within the Village of Falcon Heights which property <br />is presently zoned as R 1 all under the provisions <br />of Sec. 16.05, Ordinance 6!~ subject to the following: <br />1. Garage shall be located no closer to the <br />alley than the garage on the adjoining property <br />to the west. <br />Motion was seconded by Stone. Ayes: A11. Nayss None. <br />Motion was carried. <br />Street Improvement Letter written to Dunkley Surfacing Co., Inc. by <br />Project 67-3 Engineer Lemberg stated in part thatevery step <br />Dunkley Surfacing Co.: possible be taken to begin and complete the projects <br />involved in Improvement 67-3 immediately. Suggestions <br />were made that construction be pursued in the following <br />order: <br />1. Curb and gutter on Hoyt Avenue <br />2. Arona Avenue construction <br />3. Sheldon Street o~nstruction. <br />Sewer Rates: Council has been advised of meeting regarding sewer <br />rate agreement with the City of Saint Paul which has <br />been scheduled for 1Os30 a.m. Friday morning July 28, <br />1967. Councilmen who,. are able. to attend were .urged to <br />do so. <br />Engineers Report Engineer Lemberg advised that he has in his possession <br />for review, the plans for apartment buildings proposed <br />Larpenteur Manor to be built on the former Killmer Nurseries property <br />Apartments: at 1700 West Larpenteur Avenus. <br />Northeast Sanitary <br />Sewer and Water Main <br />Project 67-1 <br />Acceptance of Project <br />Request No. 1 and <br />Final: <br />Engineer Lemberg~s letter of July 27, 1967 enclosed <br />Request No. 1 and final payment for Northeast Sanitary <br />Sewer and WaterMain Project completed by F. D. Chapman <br />Construction Company. Letter states in part that the <br />county required considerably more gravel base than <br />anticipated which resulted in an overrun in the amount <br />of X973.13. <br />Strandquist moved, seconded by B1aek, upon recommendation <br />of Engineer Lemberg, the Northeast Sanitary Sewer and <br />WaterMain Project 67-1 be accepted and final payment in <br />the amount of $23,790.118 be made to F. D. Chapman Constr. <br />Company. Ayes: Nilsen, Strandquist, Black, Stone and <br />Warkentien. Nays: None. Motion was carried. <br />Trees Black introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />Payment for adoptions <br />Emergency Work <br />Performed .after WHEREAS, a sudden and unexpected and violent storm <br />Windstorms occurred within the Village of Falcon Heights on June 30 <br />1967,_ and <br />
