2600 <br />Larpenteur Manor 1. Plans and specifications are in compliance with <br />Inc. -+Apartment building code-and other regulations. <br />Building: <br />2. Larpenteur I~Sanor Inc. shall furnish suitable <br />and adequate performance bond for the project prior to <br />the issuance of the building permit. <br />3. The village engineer is hereby designated as <br />the official village inspector for those portions of <br />the project dealing with sanitary sewer and water <br />facilities, drainage, grading, landscaping, and the <br />swimming pool. <br />1t. The conditional use permit and variance pre- <br />viously granted by the Village Council to Larpenteur- <br />Manor, Inc. on April 13, 1967 are hereby ratified. <br />The foregoing motion was duly seconded by Nilsen and upon <br />a vote being taken thereon, the following voted for same: <br />Nilsen, Strandquist, Warkentien and Hlack and the following <br />voted against same: None`. Whereupon resolution was declared <br />passed and adopted. <br />Bilk s Strandquist moved, seconded by Warkentien that the following <br />bills be paid.
