DeSchriver~s 1967 Summer <br />Program Final Report is on file in .the Clerks office. <br />Lindig Addition #3 Stone introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />Apportionment of adoption: <br />Assessmentsz <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of <br />Falcon Heights, Minnesota as follows: <br />WaterMain and <br />Sanitary Sewer Wf~REAS, the assessment roll as finally amended and <br />1963a adopted relating to the Watermain and Sanitary Sewer 1963 <br />Improvements of the Village of Falcon Heights has been <br />certified to the County Auditor of Ramsey County and <br />WHEREAS, since that date a parcel of property contained <br />within said assessment roll has been replatted by the <br />property owners, and <br />WHEREAS, the County Auditor of Ramsey County requires <br />that apportionment of the original assessment against each <br />original tract where it has later been divided, sold or <br />e©nveyed be made by the Village of Falcon Heights in order <br />that said County Auditor can extend ..the proper assessment <br />against each parcel of property thereafter, <br />NOW', THEREFORE, the Village- Council of the Village of <br />Falcon Heights hereby makes the following apportionment of <br />original assessments against the following described <br />propertiest <br />ORIGINAL ASSESSMENT <br />1.
