2619 REGULAR MEETING OF SEPTEMBER 28, 1967 The regular meeting was called to order at 7x00 P.M. with the following members present: Mayor Nilsen, Clerk Strandquist, Councilmen Warkenten and Stone. Councilman Black arrived at 9:15 P.M. Also present were treasurer Olsen, Engineer Lemberg and Attorney Kyle. M3:nutes: Stone moved, seconded by Warkentien that the minutes of the meeting of September 1~., 1967 be approved as corrected. Ayes: All. Nays: None. Motion was carried. Correspondence Malcolm Moose Pres. In letter dated September 5, 1967, Malcolm Iidoos, new Univ. of Minnesota President of the University of Minnesota, extended invitation to join others at an Open House on Sunday October 8 at Williams Arena.. Pollution Control Letter dated September 15, 1967 from Lyle H. Smith of the Agency -N.E.Water Minn. Pollution Control Agency was regarding the Northeast & Sever Proj. 67 1: Water and Sewer Project 67-1. Dept. of Economic Announcement of Eleventh Annual Minnesota Industrial Development: Development Clinic on Nov®mber 2 and 3 in Duluth was made. Project 67 3 Street Request No. 1 for payment of Street Improvement Project Improvement -Dunkley 67-3 having been approved and reco~nended by B. A. Lemberg, Surfacing Company Strandquist moved, seconded by Nilsen that said payment in Request No. 1 for - the amount of X18,829.89 be authorized by the village council.
