2620 <br />Harold Tsaksen Mr. Isaksen was present to inquire about poles staked <br />1582 Hollywood out on his lot and marked NSP. He has no objection to <br />Court - Light street lights but on the front of his lot there is a <br />Poles: street sign, a stop sign, and a breather pipe for gas. <br />Then there i~ one utility pole in the rear and now two <br />more poles stakedy making a total of three wooden poles. <br />Engineer Lemberg was requested to view the property and <br />possibly make recommendation. <br />Proposed Assessment Stone introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />Roll Adopted for adoption: <br />Street Improvements <br />Hoyt Avenue, Arona RESOLUTION ADOPTING PROPOSID ASSESSNfENTs$Odle.Lwa~kRand <br />Street, Sheldon Street (a) Street Improvements,(Hoyt,Avenue) urb & gutter <br />and Water Improvements (b) Street Improvements (Atone Street <br />on Sheldon Street and (c) Street Improvements (Sheldon Street) <br />Hemline Avenues ~d) Water Improvements (Sheldon Street and <br />Hemline Avenue) <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Villag® <br />of Falcon Heights, as follows <br />The amount to be specially assessed against every <br />lot, parcel and piece of land specially benefited by <br />each of the above described improvements shall be the <br />amount set forth in the proposed assessment roll heretofore <br />prepared by the Village Engineer and Deputy Village Clerk. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing reso- <br />lution was duly seconded by Strandquist and upon a vote <br />being taken thereon, the following voted iri favor thereof= <br />Nilsen, Strandquist, Stone and Warkentien and. the following <br />voted against the same: None. Whereupon said resolution <br />was duly declared passed and adopted. <br />Northome Shopping Council authorized the Village Clerk to address communication <br />Center Parking Lot: to Mr. Don Julen of the Stepnitz Agency regarding the serious <br />situation that has developed. along Larpenteur Avenue between <br />Snelling and Arona with the parking.. of cars in ,front of <br />the shopping center and overhanging onto Larpenteur Avenue. <br />Justice of the Peace Warkentien introduced the following resolution and moved <br />Fines - Bad Check its adoptions <br />Chargers <br />BE IT RESOLVED that the Village Treasurer is authorized <br />to issue a check to the Justice of the Peace Paul Coppini <br />as return of fines mistakenly turned over to the Village <br />of Falcon Heights. Coppini will furnish the Village <br />Council with list of prosecutions involved in bad check <br />charges, together with the amount of fines turned over <br />to the Village and upon receipt of said list, treasurer <br />is authorized to issue and deliver village check in said <br />amount. Motion 'ras duly seconded by Ston®. Ayers Nilsen, <br />Strandquist, Stone and Warkentien. Nays: None. Motion <br />was carried. <br /> <br />Additional Overhm~d Warkentien moved, seconded by Nilsen that request be <br />Light to be installed: made to Northern States Power Company to include one <br />
