State and County <br />Representatives <br />Requested to <br />attend Council <br />Meeting regarding <br />Hollywood Courts <br />2631 <br />Clerk was instructed to address letter to E. J. McCubrey, <br />State District En gineer and also to Floyd Snyker, County <br />Assistant Engineer, requesting their presence at the <br />Council meeting of October 26, 1967. Discussion regarding <br />certain problems that have arisen due to the service road <br />leading out of Hollywood Court being changed to one way <br />traffic only, has been scheduled. <br />Sewer Rental The following resolution was in troduced by member Stone <br />Delinquent Accounts who moved its adoption: <br />certif ied to <br />County Auditor: W~-IEREAS, the following described real estate <br />located within the Village of Falcon Heights show unpaid <br />sewer rental charges, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council <br />of the Village of Falcon Heights, Ramsey County, Minnesota <br />as follows <br />1. It is hereby determined that there are delinquent <br />sewer charges against the properties hereinafter set <br />forth, in the amounts set forth opposite the description <br />of such properties. <br />2. A special assessment in the amount hereinafter <br />set forth is hereby levied against each of such tracts <br />respectively. <br />3. The total amount of such special assessment, in <br />each case, shall be payable with the 1967 real estate <br />taxes due and payable during 1968. <br />}~. The Clerk shall forthwith transmit a certif ied <br />copy of the assessment to the County Auditor to be <br />extended on the proper tax lists of the County and such <br />assessments shall be collected and paid over in the same <br />manner as other municipal taxes, <br />~.
