2630 <br />of 1963-Fund, an excess amount greater than $3,000 and <br />that the X3,©00 tax levy for the year 1968, made in <br />Section 6 of the resolution of the Council providing for <br />the issuance and sale of Watermain and Sanitary Sewer <br />Improvement Bonds of 1963, adopted on September 11, 163, <br />and thereafter certified to the Ramsey County Auditor <br />and entered in the Bond Register of the Ramsey County <br />Auditor on September 23, 1963, shall be reduced by <br />$3,000 and no amount thereof shall be included by the <br />County Auditor in the tax rolls prepared for the year <br />1968. <br />2. The Village Clerk is hereby directed to file <br />a certified copy of this resolution with the County <br />Auditor of Ramsey County, Minnesota together with such <br />other information as he shall require. <br />Motion was seconded by Stone. <br />Upon a vote being taken, the following voted for same: <br />Nilsen, Strandquist, Warkentien, Black and Stone and <br />the following voted in oppmsition: None. Whereupon <br />resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />Budget 1968 - Stone introduced the following resolution and moved <br />Levy for year 1967 its adoption. <br />Collectible in <br />1968: BE IT RESOLVED by the Village-Council of the <br />Village of Falcon Heights, that the following sums <br />be and they .are hereby levied upon the taxable <br />property of the Village of Falcon Heights for the <br />year 1967, collectible in the year 1968. <br />GENERAL FUND $70,808.80 <br />F IREMEN~S RELIEF 1,500.00 <br />P.E.R.A. ~.,507~36 <br />FURTHER RESOLVED that the County Auditor is hereby <br />authorized to levy for the followings <br />WATERP,+TAIN 11~~II'ROVEMENT OF 1960 No. 1 ~ 2,000.00 <br />LARPENTEUR AVENUE WATERP7AIPd AND <br />PUMPING STATION IMP. No. 1 19,857.50 <br />Motion was duly seconded by tiVarkentien and upon a vote being <br />taken, the following voted for same= Nilsen, Strandquist, <br />Warkentien, Black-and Stone and the following voted in <br />oppositions None. Whereupon resolution was declared duly <br />passed and adopted. <br />Council meeting Inasmuch as Thanksgiving Day falls on the same day as the <br />date changed due regularly scheduled meeting of the council, Stone moved,. <br />to Thanksgivings seconded by Strandquist that the council meeting be <br />scheduled for Tuesday November 21, 1967 in lieu of <br />Thursday, November 23.
