REGULAR MEETING TI?URSDAY "~RARCH 13th, Contd. <br />LARPENTEIIR ~r„~, <br />AVENUE It was moved by Coppini and seconded by Warkentien that we ` <br />I~~dPROVE'~^E~1T ask the County to fill in the ditch on the North side of Larpen- <br />CONT'D. teur, east of Holton. r.ROtion unanimously carried. <br />COMPLAINTS It was determined that all complaints regarding streets and <br />RE STREETS driveways should. be conveyed= to Village Engineer Ljungren by <br />& DRIVEWAYS telephone, with written confirmation following. <br />COVERS FOR The Council agreed that Ljungren should order six suitable <br />~.1ANHOLES covers for manholes so any broken can be immediately replaced <br />with a few on hand to take care of future breakage without delay. <br />LAW SUITS Attorney Graham reported they°e was no change in the Hanson suit. <br />Northern States Power is taking Lametti's deposition. <br />FLA.~.EBURGER Graham reported he had talked with Commissioner Winkel of the. <br />City of St. Paul who assured that it would be alright for <br />Flameburger to hook up to the line existing under the parking <br />lot between Hanson's Bakery and the Flameburger. <br />FIRE DEPT. Robert Dowdel's letter regarding the emergency call made at <br />1976 t~,Ralvern, Lauderdale, March 12th, was read, and it was decided <br />that Mayor Nilsen should contact "Mayor Bronkala of Lauderdale re- <br />garding this matter and report to the Council. <br />RE[~UISI- Warkentien moved, Shavor seconded that Requisition #1l~1 be approved. <br />TION. ~~otion unanimously carried. <br />TREES Coppini moved, V~"~rkentien seconded that `dr. Schultz be authorized <br />to proceed with tree trimming not to exceed 4~lt75.00. <br />BILLS On motion by Coppini, seconded by Nilsen, the following bills were <br />ordered paid: <br /> General Fund: <br /> U.
