<br />Paul Coppini presented a petition for improvement of alley
<br />Alley between Iowa and Hoyt from Pascal to Albert which. was
<br />Improvement turned over to Mr. Graham for further checking.
<br />Alley main- It was pointed out that snow plowing of private alleys has to
<br />tenance be done on a personal basis - a group of property owners
<br />abutting on a certain alley would get together and hire some-
<br />one to plow the snow and then each pay his share toward the
<br />expense.
<br />There was a general discussion regarding street and alley
<br />maintenance and the Village's dis-satisfaction with work be-
<br />ing done by the County Crews was made known to Engineer Ljungren
<br />who will take the matter up with the men in supervisory positions.
