Neil, Neil & Hubbard, 99 No. Snelling, St. Paul, 1~. <br />Gottfried Letter to the Village of Falcon Heights, attention Mayor <br />Pumping Nilsen, regarding resolution confirming our acceptance of <br />Station our share of the cost of construction and operation of the <br />pumping station at the Gottfried Pit was discussed and turned <br />over to Attorney Graham for further consideration. <br />Alleys Attorney Graham offerred the following resolution: <br />RESOLUTION: WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution adopted by the <br />Falcon Heights Village Council June 3pth, 1958, a report has <br />been prepared by Vern L~ungren, Village Engineer, with refer- <br />ence to the improvement of four alleys (Block 7 Cables Hamline <br />Heights Addition, Block 8 Cables Hamline Heights Addition, <br />Block 1~, Northome Addition, and Block 12, Northome 3rd Addi- <br />tion) and this report was received by the Council on July <br />17, 1958 <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLL'ED by the Village Council of Falcon <br />Heights, Minnesota: <br />1) The proposed improvement of the said alleys are hereby <br />consolidated as one improvement in accordance with the <br />recommendation of the Village Engineer. <br />2) The Council will consider the improvement of such alleys <br />in accordance with the report and the assessment of the <br />abutting property for all or a portion of the cost of the <br />improvement pursuant to Minn. Stats. It29.011 to 429.111 at <br />an estimated total cost of the four alleys as follows: <br />Alley Block 7 Cables Hamline Heights Addition <br />(Between Iowa ~ Hoyt - Pascal to Albert) ~2,4l~9.15 <br />Alley Block 8 Cables Hamline Heights Addition <br />(T alley in block bounded by Iowa, Albert, Hoyt <br />R~ Hamline) 2,850.93 <br />Alley Block Lt Northome Addition <br />(Between California dnd Idaho - Albert to <br />Hamline) 2,387.28 <br />Alley Block 12 Northome 3rd Addition <br />(Between Iowa :?r Idaho - Arona to Pascal) 852.50 <br />3) A Public Hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement <br />on Monday, the ltth day of Au.ust, 1958, in the Council Chambers <br />at the Village Hall, 16ltl~ W. Larpenteur, at 7:30 P. M.; and <br />the Clerk shall give published notice of such Public Hearing <br />and Improvement as required by law. <br />It was moved by Utecht, seconded by Warkentien and unanimously <br />voted to adopt the above resolution. <br />Sanitary Attorney Graham's letter regarding the final costs of the <br />Sewer <br />Costs <br />
