<br />Barthel Shavor advised they have assessed values on all lots and that they
<br />Villas vary from x¢1,350.00 to X525.00 and that they are going to use that
<br />-- as a rough guide to strike a balance. They got some estimates as to
<br />how much it would cost to fill in lots. We could not afford to pay
<br />more than between $650.00 and X1050.00, but that does not consider
<br />what is to happen to the water if the lots were filled and that
<br />did not include cost of storm sewer. Shavor will submit a written
<br />report.
<br />Law suit Graham advised the Council that the Northern States Power suit
<br />vs. Lametti, vs. Falcon Heights, vs Roseville is coming up the
<br />week of October 6th. In the meantime, he will talk with Loftsgaarden,
<br />Attorney for Roseville. There is some talk about whether we would
<br />be interested in settling, etc., but Graham wants to talk it over
<br />with Loftsgaarden.
<br />Set-back It is Mr. Grahams opinion that parking on set-backs is permissable --
<br />Parking that that is the reason for set-backs.
