Meeting; It was moved by Nilsen, seconded by Shavor and unanimously Dates. voted that we reschedule the meeting which would ordinarily have been held December 11th to December 4th, and the December 25th meeting to December 18th, both meetings to open at 7:C0 P. Britten's request for permission to use the Village Hall for Square Dancing was read. After discussion, it was moved by Shavor, seconded by Coppini and unanimously voted that T~dr. '~ritton~be advised that the Village Hall Floor is such that it should not be used for Square Dancing and that Mr. Britten's request be denied. Christmas After discussion, it was moved by Warkentien, seconded by Lights• Nilsen and unanimously voted that Shavor be authorized to spend approximately `20.00 for Christmas Lights to decor- . ate the Village Hall. Surplus Civil It was moved by t~Iarkentien, seconded by Coppini and unan- Defense imously voted to approve the purchase of items selected by Supplies• Fire Chief Gordon Nelson from the surplus property of the Civil Defense Department, such purchase price to be reim- bursed to the Village by the, Fire Department.
