Sewer It was moved b~, Coppini, seconded by 4tiarkentien and unanimously <br />Bond Int. & voted that the Clerk and the Treasurer should prepare a check <br />Principal in the amount of X66,542.08 on the Falcon Heights Sinking <br />payment Fund account in the Falcon Heights State Bank payable to <br />The American Na~ional 'ank, dated December 26th, 1958, to pay <br />interest and principal on Sanitary Sewer ~?onds due January lst, <br />1959. <br />Barthel Graham reported he had written Attorney Greenstein and told <br />Villas him we would proceed vrith the abatement of assessments in <br />January or February and asked him for additional information. <br />Proposed During a general discussion it was pointed out: If this <br />Apartment apartment isn't built in our V"illage, it will undoubtedly be <br />Fry ~ Larp, built somewhere in the School District anyway. Present <br />zoning, which has been in effect for many years, permits <br />building of many things such as garages or i:_akeries which <br />would be mores undesirable. Shavor will contact the Planning <br />Commission and propose a Public Maeting at which time this <br />matter can be explained to the people in the effected area. <br />Library Shavor reported the need for additional library service had <br />been discussed at the Ramsey County Public Official's <br />Association and that most of those present were in favor of <br />proposing a 2 mill levy for two years, but felt the matter <br />should be discussed v~~ith their local governing boards before <br />any definite action is taken.
