They <br />propose tall screening with dense lower shrubbery. met-back <br />of 30' on Fry is set-back required. The proposed ?_6' space <br />betr~reen buildings is more than ,resent ordinance requires, <br />City of St, Paul requires only 1~' between apartments. In <br />T~dinneapolis there are no requiremtns for off street perking <br />except in certain areas. The silhouette is expected to be <br />lower than the peak of the single dwellings around here. Building permits Y~iave been filed in <br />accordance with law and it arpears that the village must <br />necessarily issue a permit. <br />Korstad Wm~ G„ Korstad, 1625 Garden, spokesman for- the opposition, <br />asked to see petition presented by 90~ of_ the business <br />men.
