After they had dug part way at the stub on <br />lot 1, they found they couldn't get required pitch. With <br />permission from Coppini and the Sewer Inspector, Rosetown <br />Sanitation went directly into the street and tapped the sewer <br />line, which still did not give them required pitch until they <br />cut out part of the footing, broke and raised plumbing <br />connections in the house.
