<br />Seger Expense Bills from Rosetown Sanitation and reports from Plumbing
<br />Inspector William Jastrow regarding expense incurred bT the
<br />Village at 1369 Iowa where the connection was stopped after
<br />being connected a few weeks, and where they found a broken
<br />pipe two lengths from the boulevard into the street; also at
<br />1453 Iowa where the contractor's hadn't put angr stub on lot
<br />2, but had placed it beyond the line on lot 1, which is owned
<br />bT the Village. After they had dug part way at the stub on
<br />lot 1, they found they couldn't get required pitch. With
<br />permission from Coppini and the Sewer Inspector, Rosetown
<br />Sanitation went directly into the street and tapped the sewer
<br />line, which still did not give them required pitch until they
<br />cut out part of the footing, broke and raised plumbing
<br />connections in the house. The Deputy Clerk was instructed to
<br />send copies of bills and plumbing inspector's reports to Mr.
<br />Steffen of Toltz, King, Duvall, Anderson Ke Associates.
