<br />The Regular Meeting of June 25th xas called to order at 7:20 P, M:, the folloxing
<br />Council Member3 being presents Harold C. Nilsen, Mayor; George J. Shavor, Trustee;--,
<br />Willis Warkentien, Trustee; Paul Coppini, Trustee and Wm. R. Utecht~ Clerk. Also~•-
<br />present xere Frank N. Graham, Village Attorney; Nick Christensen, Building inspector;
<br />Wm. E. Olsen, Treasurer; Vern L~ungren, Village Engineer and Ethel E. White, Deputy
<br />Clerk and Deputy Treasurer.
<br />Coppini moved that the Minutes of April 9th, 1959; May 28th, 1959 and June 9th,
<br />1959 be approved. Seconded by Shavor and unanimously carried.
<br />Minutes of June 11th were approved as corrected. Date was changed from June 12th
<br />to June 11th and the statement that approximately 30 persons xere present xas de-
<br />leted.
<br />LICENSES: It xas moved by Nilsen, seconded `by Coppini and unanimously voted
<br />.that SEWER INSTALLER'S LICENSE #29 be granted to B, E. Crogness
<br />dba Crogness Sexer Construction Co., 7],09 Garfield, So,, Minneapolis,
<br />23, Minnesota.
<br />It xas moved by Shavor, seconded by Nilsen and unanimously voted
<br />that SEWER INSTALLER'S LICENSE #27 be granted to C. Omar League,
<br />dba C. Omar League, 887 E. Orange St., St. Paul, 6, Minn.
<br />It was moved by Shavor, seconded by Coppini and unanimously voted
<br />that SEWER INSTALLER'S T,ICENSE #26 be granted to A. Walter Avoles,
<br />dba Avoles Plumbing Service, Inc., 779 E. 7th St., St. Paul, 6.
<br />It was moved by Nilsen, seconded by Shavor and unanimously voted
<br />that MASTER PLUMBER'S LICENSE #33"be granted to A. Walter Avoles,
<br />dba Avoles Plumbing Service, Inc., ?79 E. 7th St., 5t. Paul, 6.
<br />It was moved by Shavor, seconded by Nilsen and unanimously voted
<br />that SEWER INSTALLER~5 LICENSE #28 be granted to Walter A. Hermes,
<br />dba Rosetown Sanitation, 1769 Pleasant St., St. Paul, 13, Minn.
<br />It was moved by Shavor, seconded by Coppini and unanimously voted
<br />that MASTER GA5 INSTALLER'S.LICENSE #125`be g"ranted to George S.
<br />Bean, dba Northwestern Heating Engineers, Inc., 970 Raymond Avenue,
<br />St. Paul, 11~, Minn.
<br />It was moved by Nilsen, seconded by Shavor and unanimously voted
<br />that MASTER PLUMBER'S LICENSE #3!~ be issued to Francis T. Wagner,
<br />1125 W. County Road B., St. Paul, 13, Minn.
<br />It was moved by Shavor, seconded by Warkentien and unanimously
<br />voted that MASTER PLUMBER'S LICENSE #35 be issued to Henry G. Peter,
<br />dba Louis H. Peter Co., 286 So. Snelling, St. Paul, 5.
<br />It xas moved by Coppini, seconded by Warkentien and unanimously
<br />voted that the following licenses to sell at retail Cigarettes,
<br />Cigarette Papers and Cigarette Wrappers be approveda
