Nilsen, Mayor; George Shavor, Trustee; Willis Warkenten, <br />Trustee; Wm. R. Utecht, Clerk. Also present was Ethel E. White, Deputy Clerk <br />and Deputy Treasurer. Absent Paul Coppini and Wm. E. Olsen. <br />Water Main Graham's letter of June 26th to Mayor Nilsen, advising he had sent <br />Extension notice of Hearing on-Water Main Extension to Rose Tribune for <br />Publication eras read, Also copy of Graham's letter of June 26th <br />to the Rose Tribune advising he was enclosing notice of hearing on <br />a proposed improvement of Larpenteur Avenue by extensi®n of water <br />mains. It asked that Rose Tribune publish this notice torice•in <br />the Rose Tribune for Thursday, July 2nd and Thursday, July 9th, 1959. <br />Water fain Copy of letter of June 26th written by Attorney Graham to Knute <br />Extension Anker, Ramsey County Engineer's Office was read. It advised Graham <br />was enclosing two duplicate originals of the Highway Easement dated <br />June 25th, 1959, covering the south 12' of the North ~5' of the <br />Village Hall property. Graham also advised Anker he understood <br />Anker would have copies made up and delivered to the County Auditor <br />and the County Assessor. <br />Shanley vs Graham's letter of June 29th was read. It stated Graham had been <br />Village of advised by Attorney Claybourne that they have moved for a dismissal <br />F. H. of the action. <br />W.~F. H. Graham's letter of June 12th, to Curtis L. Larson, Chairman W. <br />Playground Falcon Heights Playground xas read, It advised that the Village's <br />Public Liability and Property Damage Insurance Policy in gntual <br />Service Casualty Co., policy No. CGLb-961381 has been endorsed <br />to apply to bodily in3ury liability and property damage liability <br />of West Falcon-Heights Playground Association. <br />Barthel Graham's letter of June 2bth to James F. Greenstein was read. <br />Villas It advised it would be necessary for his client to present a signed <br />verified claim form to the Village before the Village could refund <br />assessment payment of $89.0? on each of lots 13, 1l~~ 20 and 21~ <br />Block 1, Barthel Villas, covering the 1957 installments of sanitary <br />nearer improvements. <br />S. S. Sink. Copy of ('Gaham's letter of June 26th to Mayor Nilsen was read.. It <br />Fund Acct. advised the American National Bank forprarded to the Village Clerk <br />approximately $12,l~OO.OO which is the excess of the amount received <br />fro~x the X33,000.00 worth of Treasury Bills which matured ,on June <br />25th, 1959, over the am©unt of 1620,600,00 needed for debt sertice <br />on the Village sewer bonds July lst, 1959. Mr. Knopp of the First <br />National Bank advised that some new Treasury bills would be available <br />June 29th, 1959 to yield approximately 3.6£.
