<br />Meeting was called to order at 7:00 P. M., the following Council Bdembers being
<br />present: Harold C. Nilsen, Pdayor; George Shavor, Trustee; Willis Warkentien,
<br />Trustee; Paul Coppini, Trustee and Wm. R. Utecht, Clerk. Also present were
<br />Nick Christensen, Building Inspector, and Ethel E. White, Deputy Clerk and Deputy
<br />Treasurer. Absent: Wm. E. Olsen, Treas.
<br />Licenses All requirements having been met, it was moved by Nilsen, seconded
<br />by Coppini and unanimously voted to issue license #114 to sell at
<br />retail Cigarettes, Cigarette Papers and Cigarette Wrappers to
<br />Herbert Koch, Tom Thumb Food Market, Snelling and Larpenteur.
<br />All requirements having been met, it was moved by Nilsen, seconded
<br />• by Coppini and unanimously voted to issue license #53 to sell Non-
<br />Intoxicating Malt Liquors, off sale, to Herbert Koch, Polka Dot
<br />Dairy, 1705 Snelling Avenue, No.
<br />All requirements having been met, it waa moved by Utecht, seconded
<br />by Coppini and unanimously ,voted to issue SEWER INSTALLERS LICENSE
<br />#30 to Axel Newman, dba Axel Newman Heating & Plumbing Co., 1608
<br />Como Ave., 5t. Paul.
<br />A11 requirements having been met, it was moved by Nilsefl, seconded
<br />by Coppini and. unanimously voted to issue MASTER GAS INSTALLERS
<br />LICENSE #131 to Richard W. Johnson, dba Midwest Equipment Co., 300
<br />University Ave., St. Paul, 3, b4inn.
<br />All requirements having been met, it was moved by Coppini, seconded
<br />by Utecht and unanimously voted to issue MASTER GAS INSTALLERS
<br />LICENSE #132 to Ewald J. Finger, dba Equipment Supply Corp., 766
<br />Cromarell Ave., St. Pauli !~, Minnesota.
<br />All requirements having been met, it was moved. by Coppini, seconded
<br />by Nilsen and. unanimously voted to issue NON INTOXICATING ARALT LIQUOR
<br />ON SALE LICENSES to the followings
