~3~~ voted that the 1v2ayor and the Clerk be authorized to sign an agreement with Juran & Moody, Inc., relating to the issuance of approximately X98,000.00 in Larpen teur Avenue V~ater Main Improvement Bonds; X67,000.00 of which will be Series A bonds issued immediately to pay the estimated cost of laying the water main and the balance of ~G31,000.00 to be series B Bonds to be issued as necessary to complete the necessary pumping station, at an average net interest rate not exceeding ~.7b~ for the series A bonds and that the Village Attorney be authorized to work with Juran & T.Qoodyi Inc, to see that the necessary steps are taken in connection with the issuance of the bonds.
