<br />Pt~inutes of the Regular Meeting of October 8th, 1959 were approved as submitted,
<br />P~inutes of the Special Meeting of October 13th, 1959 were approved as submitted.
<br />Watermain It was moved by Utecht, seconded by Nilsen and unanimously
<br />Fry Street voted that Herbst Construction Company be maid ~15~7,60 for
<br />Spiegler work done under Change Order No, 1 (Fry Street Extension)
<br />out of the deposit made by Spiegler Construction Company.
<br /> Engineer's Ljungren advised that the watermain on Larnenteur Avenue
<br /> Report will be completed tomorrow (October 23rd);~that they had
<br /> found a leaky valve at Tatum Street which is being replaced.
<br /> Ljungren also reported on the progress of the street work at
<br /> Falcon Woods No. 2 and submitted a plan for parking lot layout
<br /> for the Douglas Rees' property.
