Seconded by Shavor. and unanimously <br />carried. <br />Sewer It was moved by Utecht, seconded by Warkentien and unanimously <br />Permits voted that the Deputy Clerk be authorized to cancel sewer <br />installation permits #3I~2 and. #352 which have not been used. <br />Volunteer It was moved by V'iarkentien, seconded by Nilsen and unani- <br />Firemen mously voted that the application for membership in the <br />Volunteer Fire Department of Gordon Bourne and Theodore <br />Fenske, Jr. be approved. <br />Employment It was moved by Shavor, seconded by Warkentien and unani- <br />Anplication mously voted that the full and part time employees of the <br />Blanks Village be given Employment Application Flanks with the re- <br />quest that they be filled. out and returned to the Clerk's <br />Office for the Village's Permanent Record. <br />Planning At this point, about 8:15, the regular business was concluded <br />and b4ayor Nilsen introduced members of the Village Council <br />and Staff to the 'ublic (there were approximately 60 persons <br />present) explaining that the purpose of the meeting was to <br />acquaint the citizens with the proposed planning and rezoning <br />program. <br />
