Nilsen, T.Iayor; George Shavor, Trustee; Willis 1Piarkentien, <br />Trustee; Paul Coppini, Trustee and T~'!m. R. Utecht, Clerk. Also present were <br />Frank N. Graham, Village Attorney; ti'!m. E. Olsen, Treasurer; Vern Ljungren, Village <br />Engr.; Nick Christensen, Bldg. Insp. and Ethel E, White, Deputy Clerk and Deputy <br />Treasurer. <br />The TRinutes of the regular meeting of October 22nd were avproved as submitted. <br />Zoning taps Letter from the N. W. Refining Company, requesting zoning maps <br />was read, The Deputy Clerk was instructed to write them advising <br />we did not have any zoning mans for distribution but we do have <br />them on file if anyone wishes to come to the office and look at <br />them; and that we expect to have zoning maps for distribution <br />after our Planning Program has been completed. <br />Aerial Utecht moved that the n.~ayor be authorized to write Frank ?~~farzitelli~ <br />Photos Deputy Highway Commissioner, asking for 2 copies of their blue line <br />prints of Falcon Heights and environs for planning use, the village <br />to pay for same. Seconded by Coppini and carried unanimously, <br />Bifulk Letter from Bundlie and Kelley in Mr. Bifulk's behalf was read, <br />Property It was moved by Nilsen, seconded by Utecht and unanimously voted <br />that the matter be referred to Attorney Graham. <br />Physicals It was moved by Utecht, seconded by Nilsen and unanimously voted <br />Volunteer that the neputy Clerk be instructed to write Gordon Nelson, Fire <br />Firemen Chief, advising him that Rodney Olsen has not yet turned in <br />Doctor's statement certifying tha~ he is in good physical condi~ <br />tion, and the Council requests that he do so or they will have <br />no recourse except to hold un his check. <br />Licenses All requirements having been met, it was moved by Utecht seconded <br />by Nilsen and unanimously voted to grant ~4ASTER PLU~;~BER'S LICENSE <br />#1~1 to John E. & James R. °~ZcQuillan dba D.~cQuillan Bros, , l~15 Selby <br />St. Paul, 2, "~:linnesota. <br />All requirements having been met, it v~ras moved by Coppini, seconded <br />by Shavor and unanimously voted that r~~STER GAS NSTALLE~t'S LICENSE <br />#13~t be granted to Stuart L. Burniece, dba Rurniece's, Inc., 1~l~32 <br />Chicago Avenues P~Zinneapolis, 7, ~t~iinn. <br />Bonds After discussion, it was moved by Nilsen, seconded by Utecht and <br />unanimously voted that the matter of reducing our bond requirements <br />for sewer, plumbing and gas installer licenses be referred to <br />Shavor for study and recommendation. <br />Playgrounds It was moved by Utecht seconded by V~~arkentien and unanimously <br />voted that Curtis L. Larson, Chairman of the West Falcon Heights <br />Playground Committee, be authorized to contract for about ~2lt5.00 <br />worth of material needed for their skating rink and warming house. <br />It was moved by Coppini, seconded by T+d~rkentien and unanimously <br />voted that Carl Kaechele, Acting Chairman of the Iowa Playground <br />Committee be authorized to contrae~, for about X185.00 worth of <br />material needed for their skating rinkā€¢and warming house. <br />
