WHEREAS, a contract has been let for the improvement of Larpen- teur Avenue from Snelling Avenue to a point 726 feet East of the center line of Cleveland Avenue by the extension of a water- main, and the total cost of the improvement, including a pumping stati~~~ is estimated to be X98,000: D10W THEREFOFcE, HE IT RESOLVED BY THE VIII:AGE COUNCIL OF FALCON HEIGHTS, r~,4IAh~ES~~TAs 1. The cost of such improvement to be specially assessed is hereby declared to be ~~28,900. 2.. The Village Clerk with the assistance of the Village Engineer shall forthwith calculate the proper amount to be specially assessed for such improvement against every assessable lot, piece or parcel of land ~rrithin the district affected, vrith- out regard to cash valuation, as provided by laws and he shall file a copy of such proposed assessment in his office for public inspection. 3.
