<br />Tickets stamped or rewritten so as to enable people getting tic kets
<br />far parking to remit the X2.00 fine by mail rather than having
<br />to make an appearance in Court. The matter was referred to Atty,

<br />Volunteer Letter of November 3rd from tYie Falcon Heights Volunteer Fire
<br />Fire :dept. Department, signed by Operational Officers G. Tdelson, V. Hermes,

<br />ing rejection of Hal Newell, an applicant for membership in the
<br />Falcon Heights Volunteer Fire Department was read. Also P,?ayor
<br />Nilsen's letters to Chief Nelson and the Falcon Heights Fire
<br />Department Relief ~'~ssociation. Ther~vras a general .discussion
<br />as to the need for revision of the book. of rules, and, possibly,
<br />the ordinance. The matter requires. further study and no definite
<br />action was taken. Attorney Graham was requested to work with
<br />the Operational Officers on the contemplated revisions, if requested.

<br />Connection that the Clerk be authorized to vrrite N. L. Hermes requesting
<br />Charges that he remit X1080.00 to cover the connection charge for the 3"
<br />water meter at the Car V'rash, by November ?_~th, 1959.
<br />Change of It was moved by Utecht, seconded by Coppini and unanimously
<br />Meeting Date voted that the Regular ~?eeting scheduled for November 26th be
<br />moved ahead to November ?..lath because of the fact that November
<br />26th is Thanksgiving Day.
