<br />Tickets stamped or rewritten so as to enable people getting tic kets

<br />Nilsen's letters to Chief Nelson and the Falcon Heights Fire
<br />Department Relief ~'~ssociation. Ther~vras a general .discussion
<br />as to the need for revision of the book. of rules, and, possibly,
<br />the ordinance. The matter requires. further study and no definite
<br />action was taken. Attorney Graham was requested to work with
<br />the Operational Officers on the contemplated revisions, if requested.
