It <br />Licenses stated, in Hart, that he ~:aes not believe the Village of Falcon <br />Heights should require Village of Falcon Heights Plumbing Licenses <br />and R~~rmits to be obtained by plumbers doing ~rrork from the connec- <br />tion to the watermain through the meter.
