If these bills are held <br />until maturity, January 15th, 1961, the Village will receive ~'~26,000, <br />for them. If they have to be sold in December of 1960 to make pay- <br />ment due January 1st, 1961, we wil_1 have to discount the face value <br />somewhat to the date of payment.
