1351 <br />Vacation February 11th, 1960, 9 P. ?r~. was set as the time and date for the <br />of 'fJalk Public Hearing before the Council of the Village of Falcon Heights <br /> in the Village Hall, 164~tVJ. Larpenteur Avenue, Falcon Heights, <br /> Ttinn,esota, at which the Council will consider the petition of <br /> Harold Imhoff and others submitted to the Council on December 2.9th, <br /> 1959, requesting the Council to vacate the 12 foot wide dedicated walk <br /> which runs from Holton Avenue to Pascal Avenue at Ruggles Street and <br /> lies just north of lots 10 and 25, Block 1, "3arthel Villas and just <br /> south of Lots 9 and 26, Block 1, 3arthel Villas, pursuant to the pro- <br /> visions of Section l~12.851 of the A.4innesota Statutes. <br /> All persons interested in said petition and the proposed vacation <br /> of the dedicated walk are hereby advised to attend at said time and <br /> place and participate in the said meeting. <br />Acting The a~pointmeZt of George J. Shavor as acting ?,4ayor during absence <br />?~ayor of the °~ayor, was moved by Utecht, seconded by V,arkentien and unan- <br /> imously carried, <br />Village Coppini moved that the firm of ?riggs, Gilbert, ~4orton~ Kyle <br />Attorneys ':'acartney be engaged as Village Attorneys for the year 1960. <br /> Seconded by Nilsen and motion carried unanimously. <br />Deputy Upon the request of the Village Clerk and after discussion9 Vdarkentien <br />Clerk moved that the ~'illa~e Clerk be authorized to appoint a Deputy Clerk. <br /> Seconded by Shavor and motion carried unanimously. <br /> The Village Clerk then reported that he appointed Ethel E. ';'ihite as <br />Deputy Clerk of the Village of Falcon Heightso <br />P,eputy Upon the reques+., of the Village Treasurer and after discussion9 <br />Treasurer P~rarkentien moved that ±he Village Treasurer be authorized to appoint <br /> a Deputy Treasurer. Seconded by Coppini and motion carried unanimously. <br /> The ~'i7_lage Treasurer then appointed Ethel E. V~Ihite, r~eputy Treasurer <br /> of the Village of Falcon Heights. <br />'?onds After discussion, Nilsen moved that, the `pillage Treasurer's bond <br /> be set at ?h1000. and that, it be renewed for a 2 year period, That <br /> the Deputy Clerk's bond be set at ~fi1000, and that it be reneVred for <br /> one year. Also that. Justice of Peace Mark Hindermann~s bond for <br /> Sfi1000. be renewed for two years. Seconded by Utecht and motion <br /> carried unanimously. <br /> Bonds for these three officers by General Insurance Company were sub- <br />itt <br />d <br /> m <br />e <br />by ":?r.
