J„ Bona who operates B ~ E Patrol <br />& Kennel. After discussion' T~:~r. Bona submitted the following <br />schedule of charges: <br />2 way radio service 3.00 per mo. <br />?Monthly retainer, about 20 hours service 550.00 per mo. <br />Pickup of stray 2.50 per animal <br />?~o~rd 1,00 rer day <br />Immediate disposal of dead or sick stray 3.00 per animal <br />Hourly charges for less than 20 hours, X3.50 per hour. <br />Eight hours per month is about. the smallest contract. <br />VYarkentien moved that, we enter into an hourly contract with <br />B & E Patrol with a minimum of 8 hours a rnoni~h9 effective <br />February lst9 1960, and tha±, the deputy village clerk be <br />authorized to order the necessary forms to provide B & E Patrol <br />with '0~~"Yarning of Ordinance Violation1° and 'Ordinance Complaint <br />Summons1° forms. Seconded by Shavor and carried. <br />The Deputy Clerk was instructed to order 200 dog tags for the <br />60-61 season. <br />Sinking Fund It was moved by Shavor, seconded by '.P~arkentien and unanimously <br /> voted that ~5,731~•83 on hand in the Sanitary Sewer Sinking Fund <br /> Account be invested in U. S. Treasury dills mat~zring January <br /> 159 1961 as recommended. by the Investment ])epartment of the <br /> First National Bank of St. Paul and approved by ~~r. Spring, the <br /> Village Financial Adviser, since these funds ti~rill not be needed <br /> for payment of the bonds until Jamaary lst, 1961, and. that the <br /> proper officers be authorized to draw the necessary check +,o <br /> make payment.
