1378 assessment of the cost of improving Larpenteur Avenue <br />from Snelling Avenue West to a point 726' East of the center <br />line of Cleveland Avenue by extending water mains from the <br />existing main at Snelling Yrest to a point 726' East of the <br />Center line of Cleveland Avenue, and <br />ti"dHEREAS the Clerk has notified the Council that such proposed <br />assessment has been completed and filed in his office for <br />Public Inspection <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF <br />FALCON HEIGHTS, MIN~tESOTA <br />1) A Hearing will b e held on March 24th, 1960, at 8s30 <br />P. M. in the Village Hall at 1b44 W. Larpenteur Avenue to <br />pass upon such proposed assessment and at such time and <br />place all persons owning z~roperty affected by such imArove- <br />ment will be given an opportunity to be heard with reference <br />to such assessment. <br />2) The Village Clerk is hereby directed to cause a Notice <br />of the Hearing on the Proposed Assessment to be published <br />t~rrice in the official newspaper, the first publication to <br />be at least two weeks prior to the hearing, and he shall state <br />in the notice the total cost of the improvement. <br />Adoption of the above resolution was moved by Coppini and <br />seconded by Shavor.
