Coppini may also go. <br />Property Complaint from a resident advising that his property was being <br />Damage damaged by neighbor's children and dog, and that someone has <br />been shooting either a pellet or BB gun in the neighborhood, <br />bullets from which have gone through his picture window and garage <br />windows was read. It was moved by Nilsen, seconded by Utecht and <br />unanimously voted that the matter be referred to Warkentien. <br />Sewage Message received from PRcGuire of St, Paul regarding servicing the <br />r.4etering metering station was read and referred to Bonestroo who will con- <br />Station tact ?McGuire, <br />Refriger- Graham's letter of Allay 3rd, quoting Chapter 616.It6 of the Minnesota <br />ators Statutes was read. Letter advised it is a misdeamonor to store, <br />display, or keep in any place accessible to children, a refrigera- <br />tor or icebox without removing the doors. The Deputy Clerk was <br />advised to pass this information on to the Appliance Stores:, <br />Trees The proposed ordinance was discussed and some changes made. Also <br />a section was added to provide that it shall be the duty of every <br />owner of property in residential sections to maintain a lawn, and <br />grassed boulevards to the proposed curb line to prevent erosion. <br />Parking will not be nermi±,ted except on designated driveways. <br />Utecht moved that proposed Ordinance 58 be referred to A+torney <br />Graham. Seconded by Nilsen and carried. <br />Office It was moved by Warkentien, seconded by Coppini and voted that we <br />Supplies z~urchase 100 sheets of Thermofax Copy Paper. <br />Safety Coppini moved that we send an order to the Continental Safety <br />Treads Equipment Company, St. Paul for sufficient 3~1t" x 2!t" black safety <br />Stairs treads to allow 3 strips for each step of both the front and back <br />stairways of the Village Nall. Seconded by Varkentien and carried. <br />Lauderdale After discussion, the deputy clerk was instructed to write ;~Tayor <br />Fire 3ronkala of Lauderdale advising that the Falcon Heights Council would <br />Contract like to get together with them for a further discussion of proposed <br />fire contract within the next 30 days. <br />Hermes rMayor Nilsen advised he had met with some residents regarding their <br />Pusiness recent complaints. The proposed joint meeting with property owner <br />Block did not materialize as planned. <br />Lee rezon- ?.4r, and I~.Rrs. J, Lee, 18l~0 W.
