It29.011 to l~29.llls <br />Watermain Improvement of 1960, No. 1, consisting of the exten- <br />sion of water~ains and appurtenances thereto in said Village. <br />The work consists of the following approximate quantities; <br />8,600 lineal feet of 6-inch cast iron pipe and correlated <br />appurtenances; 115 curbbox corporation cocks and correlated <br />appurtenances. <br />All bids received for the raking of said improvement will be <br />publicly opened, read aloud and considered by the Council in <br />the Village Hall in said. Village at 7:30 P. ?~~Z. C. D. S. T., <br />V~iednesday, July 13th, 1960, All bids shall be submitted on <br />the proposal forms of the Village and shall be accompanied <br />by a cash deposit, cashier's check, bid bond or certified <br />check payable. to the Village Clerk for not less than 5~ of the <br />amount of the bid. <br />bids shall be directed to the Village Clerk or Deputy Clerk <br />securely sealed and endorsed upon the outside wrapper, <br />"Pdatermain Improvement of 1960, No. 1". <br />Plans and specifications, proposal forms and construction docu- <br />ments may be seen at the office of the Deputy Clerk, Falcon <br />Heights, ?k?innesota, and obtained at the office of Otto F3onestroo <br />& Associates, Inc., 1550 West Larz~enteur Avenue, St. Paul, 13, <br />Adinnesota. Copies of the slaps ~d specifications and x~roposal <br />forms may be obtained from Otto Bonestroo & Associates, Inc., <br />upon payment of a deposit of X10.00, all of which will be refunded <br />to bidders who submit a bonafide bid, and return said plans and <br />specifications in good condition within 15 days after the date <br />set for the opening of bids. <br />The Village Council reserves the right to retain the deposits <br />of the three lowest responsible bidders for a period not to ex- <br />ceed 30 days after the date and time set for the opening of 'rids. <br />No bids may be withdrawn for a period of 30 days after the date <br />and time set for the opening of bids. <br />The Village Council reserves the right to reject any and all <br />bids, to waive irregularities and informalities therein and <br />reserves the right to award the contract in the best interests <br />of the Village. <br />a <br />
