1469 <br />LJ <br />Shavor seconded the motion for the adoption of the foregoing <br />resolution and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following <br />voted in favor thereof: <br />Harold Nilsen <br />Y~illis Warkentien <br />Paul Conpi.ni <br />George J. Shavor <br />and the following voted against the same! <br />None <br />Whereupon said resolution was decl:nred duly passed and adopted. <br />After discussion, it was agreed: 1. That the 2" line serving <br />the 2 lots on the East side of Holton be replaced with a 6" <br />main. 2. That the hydrant at Albert and Ruggles be placed on <br />the South side of the street. 3. That a hydrant be placed 3' <br />from either the North or South private property line at the <br />Walkway at approximately Ruggles on Holton. <br />1 <br />1 <br />Approved ~ ~, <br />` ?.!Iayor. <br />Streets, After discussion, it was moved by Warkentien, seconded. by <br />Albert Coppini and unanimously carried that Bonestroo's plan for <br />correcting the drainage on the TTTest side of Albert, North of <br />Larpenteur to the driveway at 1711, at a cost of about X350.00, <br />be approved. <br />Planning Art Lindig was present and inquired as to the progress of the <br />. Planning Program. He was advised. the.Council expected to get <br />together with representatives from the University of Minnesota <br />this week, after tivhich we could go ahead with the Planning <br />Program. <br />Bills On motion by Nilsen, seconded by Shavor, the following bills were <br />ordered paid: <br />Oscar Weitzman Men's Store, police uniform exp. <br />Gordon H. Nelson, convention expense <br />Albert Helbig, ditto <br />Harold Nilsen, long distance telephone calls <br />?didway Ford, squad car repairs <br />Bertrand J. Slama, vacation time <br />Stanley P.
