which have been damaged and those which may be. Lemberg
recommended checking those which may be damaged. Herbst
should be given a chance to do the work, but if he doesn't do
it within ten days, someone else should be hired to do it and
the charges passed on to Herbst. The work should be done this
Fall. It is estimated that the work done and to be done will
cost approximately 91500.00, and that, the 91000.00 withheld
will not cover the entire cost.
