Engineer Lemberg said sewer <br />stubs were shown on the plans given Herbst. Lemberg recommends <br />waiting until Spring, now that. the frost is so deep, before <br />digging up stubs which haven't already been checked. Church Congregational Church that the watermain assessment on lot 19, <br />'?arthel Villas, be abated until slzch time as the lot is no <br />longer required for use as a Poriding Area at a meeting to be <br />held at the Village Hall December 29th, 1960, at 7 P. AST. <br />Attorney Graham will prepare legal notice and arrange for <br />publication. <br />License, Xmas On motion by Conpini, seconded by Nilsen and carried, it was <br />Trees voted to issue a license to the Knights of Columbus to sell <br />Christmas Trees on the Robert Rosacker property at 1705 No. <br />Cleveland Avenue, St. Paul 13, provided all debris is removed <br />by 12/31/60. <br />Sewer ';2etering Letter of November 1st, City of St. Paul, Department of Public <br />Station Viforks, was read. It stated, in part, "The City of St. Paul <br />n:2aintenance will, from this time, arrange for and performm all routine <br />maintenance of sewage metering devices and float well and do <br />this maintenance at no expense to the Village. The Village <br />shall, however, retain full responsibility to perform major <br />maintenance of the sewer metering equipment when, and if, such <br />maintenance is determined by the City to be necessary." After <br />discussion, Utecht moved that the City of St. ?aul, Iepartment <br />of Public Vdorks, be notified that we will enter into an agree- <br />ment with them for the continued maintenance of our sewerage <br />
