1536 <br />Oaths of VJ. Allen Pdortenson v?as sworn in as Clerk for a term of <br />Office two years. Harvey C. Stougaard was sworn in as Jus±.~_ce <br />of Peace for a +.,erm of two years. (George Shavor was <br />absent.) <br />Notices of Election were handed to ~t• Allen r:~ortenson <br />and Harvey C. Stougaard. <br />The ?leputy Clerk was instructed to contact Bob Johnson <br />of the Keller Corporation regarding Bonds for the newly <br />elected officers. <br />r~Iinutes The 'Zinutes of the regular meeting of November 22nd were <br />approved. as submitted. <br />Police Car After discussion, it was moved by Utecht and seconded by <br />Vdarkentien that the bid of T~idway Ford Company, submitted <br />pursuant to the advertisement for bids published in the <br />Rose Tribune October 28th, 1960, be accepted and that the <br />'~4ayor and the Clerk be authorized to purchase a 1961 <br />Ford according to specifications from ~:-didway Ford Company, <br />and that +.,hey be authorized to install additional equipment <br />in the amount of X168.07 as listed below; <br />H.
