1553 <br />of Falcon Heights, Minnesota. <br />RESOLVED FURTHER, that this designation shall be effective <br />only until the end of the present Council year. <br />The following vote was recordeds Nilsen, Aye; Mortenson, Aye; <br />Shavor, Aye; Warkentien, Aye and Coppini, Aye. <br />Falcon Heights The following resolution was moved by Coppini, seconded by <br />State Bank "~tortenson and adopted unanimously: <br />San. Sew. <br />Imp. No. 1 RESOLVED, that the Falcon Heights State Bank ~f Falcon Heights, <br />Sinking Fund Minnesotan be and hereby is designated as a depository for the <br />Acct. Larp. funds of the Village of Falcon Heights, and that the Village <br />Ave. WPd~P5 Treasurer is authorized to deposit Village funds therein to the <br />Imp. Fund amount of one-hundred-thousand- dollars 06100,000.) belonging <br />and Watermain to the Village of Falcon Heights, Minnesota, Sanitary Sewer <br />Improvement System, Improvement No. 1 Sinking Fund Account. Also any monies <br />1960, No. 1 accruing in the Larnenteur Avenue VMatermain°and Pumping Station <br />Fund. Improvement Fund and the 1Yatermain Improvement of 1960, No. 1 <br />Fund. <br />RESOLVID FURTHER, that the present collateral furnished by <br />Falcon Heights State Bank consisting of one-hundred-fifteen <br />thousand dollars 0115,000.) face value U. S. Treasury bonds <br />accompanied by an assignment providing that in case of default on <br />the part of Falcon Heights State Bank, the Council has full poxer <br />and authority to sell the collateral or so much as may be necessary <br />to realize the full amount due the municipality, is hereby approved, <br />said collateral having a market value in excess of 10~ over the <br />amount of the above authorized deposit in excess of the amount <br />guaranteed by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation. <br />RESOLVED FURTHER, that checks of the Village of Falcon Heights <br />drawn upon the said bank shall be honored by said bank only if <br />signed by the Mayor, the Clerk and the Treasurer of the Village <br />of Falcon Heights, ~~Rinnesota. <br />RESOLVED FURTHER, that this designation shall b e effective only <br />until the end of the present Council year. <br />The following wrote was recorded: Nilsen, Aye; Warkentien, Aye; <br />Shavor, Aye; P:gortenson, Aye and Coppini, Aye. <br />Safety Warkentien moved that the Village continue renting a Safety <br />Deposit Deposit Box at the Falcon Heights State Hank. Seconded by Coppini <br />Box and carried. <br />Posting On motion by Nilsen, seconded by Shavor and unanimously carried, <br />Places the following posting places were designated for 1961: <br />1. Blombergts Store, Iowa and Hamline. <br />2. Falcon Heights Pharmacy, N. W. corner Larnenteur & Snelling. <br />3. Applebaum's Store, S. E. corner Larnenteur & Snellirng. <br />Council On motion by Mortenson, seconded by Shavor, it was voted unanimously <br />Meetings that, beginning Thursday, January 12th, 1961, regular meetings of <br />the Council be held on the second and fourth Thursdays of each month <br />
