The Village Clerk shall prepare and cause to be inserted <br />in the official newspaper, an advertisement for bids upon <br />the making of such improvement in accordance with the <br />approved plans and specifications. The advertisement shall <br />specify the work to be done, shall state that the bids vrill <br />be publicly opened at 8 P. t~f,, June 22nd., 1961 in the Tdillage <br />Hall, and shall state that no bids will be considered unless <br />sealed and filed vrith the Clerk and accompanied by a cash <br />deposit, cashiers check, bid bond or certified check payable <br />to the Clerk for 5~ of the aunt of such bid. <br />Trustee Shavor seconded the motion for the adoption of said <br />resolution and upon~a vote being taken thereon, the following <br />voted in favor thereof: <br />Shavor, t~af~kentien, Nilsen, riortenson <br />and the following voted against the same: None. <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and. ?dopted. <br />Street and After discussion, Nilsen moved the adoption of the following <br />alley repairs: resolution: <br />WHEP~EAS, the Villa.c~e Council deems it necessary and expedient <br />that the Village maintain and repair certain streets and alleys <br />in the Village of Falcon Nei~hts in accordance with preliminary <br />plans and specifications prepared by Bonestroo-Rosene ~ Associates, <br />Ine., `~'ill~~eEngineers, and <br />ti'dHEREAS, the skid engineers have prepared plans and srecificat.ions <br />for the said improvement and have rresented suer plans and <br />specifications to the Village Council for approval <br />NOW, "'T'ER.EFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the <br />Vil7.ape of Falcon Neigh+s, P:4innesota; <br />1.
