hlt06 ', <br />N. L. Hermes Hermes presented his fencing plan. Attorney Galvin advised <br />him to have his attorney see that the in3unction is removed <br />and the law suit withdrawn with the stipulation that he be <br />allowed to put up a fence of such and such dimensions in the <br />location as specified. <br />S.P. 6215-29 Nilsen moved that the following resolution approving the <br />(TH 51 -125) preliminary plans - Layout 7C, Snelling Avenue from Hewitt <br />Preliminary Avenue to Midway Parkway, be adopted: <br />Plans Layout <br />7C, Snelling, "At a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of <br />Hewitt to Falcon Heights duly held on the 22nd day of June, 1961, the <br />Midway Park- following resolution was moved by Nilsen, seconded by Shavor <br />way. and carrieds <br />WHEREAS the Commissioner of Highways has prepared preliminary <br />plans for the improvement of a part of trunk highway #I25, re- <br />numbered as Trunk Highway #51, within the corporate limits of <br />the Village of Falcon Heights from Como Avenue to Midway <br />Parkway and <br />WHEREI~S said preliminary plans are on file in the office of the <br />Department of Highways, St. Paul, Minnesota, being marked, <br />labeled and identified as Layout No. ? C, Copy No. 22, S. P. <br />b215-29 (T.H. 51-125) and <br />WHEREAS copies of said preliminary plans as so marked, labeled <br />and identified are also on file in the office of the Village <br />Clerk and <br />WHEREAS the term "said preliminary plans" as hereinafter u$ed in <br />the body of this resolution shall be deemed and intended to mean, <br />refer to and incorporate the preliminary plans as 3.n the for- <br />going recitals particularly identified and described, <br />Nth, ZHEN, HE IT RESQLVED that said preliminary plans for the <br />improvement of Trunk Highway No. 125 renumbered Trunk Highway <br />No. 51 within the limits of the Village of Falcon Heights be <br />and hereby ai~e approved." <br />Upon the call of the roll, the following voted in favor of the <br />resolutions H. C. Nilsen, Aye; Shavor, Aye; Coppini, Aye; Warkentien, <br />Aye; Mortenson, Aye. <br />Resolution is to be mailed to S. J. McCubrey with a covering <br />letter advising him not to construe that approval of this section <br />of the plan (from Como to Midway Parkway) indicates approval of <br />the section North of Midway Parkway, particularly the intersection <br />~~~ of Larpenteur and Snelling. <br />~~~~~`~ Alley Maim.
