~.~/ <br />~ftHEREAS, pursuant to an advertisment for bids for the 1961 <br />street and alley maintenance program, bids were received, <br />opened and tabulated according to law, and the following bids <br />were received complying with the advertisement: <br />C. J. McCrossen, Inc., X10,989.00 <br />Armor Coat Finishing Co., Inc., ~611,3It9.00 <br />AND wFiEREAS it appears that C. S. McCrossen, Inc., l~800 Osseo <br />Road, Minneapolis, Minnesota is the lowest responsible bidder <br />Nt7Nf THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF FALCON <br />HEIGHTS, MINNESOTA: <br />1. The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to <br />enter into. the attached contract with C. S. McCrossen,.Inc., <br />of 11800 Osseo Road, Minneapolis, Minnesota, in the name of the <br />Village of Falcon Heights for the street and alley maintenance <br />program according to plans and specifications therefor approved <br />by the Village Council and on file in the office of the Village <br />Clerk. <br />2. The Village Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to <br />return forthwith to all bidders the deposits made with their bids, <br />except that the deposits of the successful bidder and the next <br />lowest bidder shall be retained until a contract has been signed. <br />Adopted by the Village Council this 22nd day of June, 1961. <br />Snelling- Lemberg advised there was an error in the bid of the Bituminous <br />Idaho Construction Company; that the correct figure was $31185.97. <br />Playground <br />Armor Coat Finishing Company is low with a price of $3338.51. <br />It was moved by Nilsen, seconded by Warkentien and unanimously <br />voted that the following resolution be approveds <br />lI1HEREAS, pursuant to an advertisement for bids for the improvement <br />of the Snelling Idaho Playground, bids were received, opened and <br />tabulated according to law, and the following bids were received <br />complying with the advertisement: <br />Bituminous Construction Qompany, l63h85.97 <br />Armor Coat Finishing Co., X3338.51 <br />AND tNHERSAS, it appears that Armor Coat Finishing Company of <br />St. Paul, Minnesota, is the lowest responsible bidder <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE <br />VILLAGE OF FAfi.CON HEIGHTS, MINNESOTA: <br />1. The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to <br />enter into a contrast with Armor Coat Finishing Company of <br />
