S. ?~cCrossen, Inc., of <br />Minneapolis, Minnesota, is the lowest responsible bidder, <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY TTE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF FALCON <br />HEIGHTS, MINNESOTAs <br />1. The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to <br />enter into the attached contract with C. S. McCrossen, Inc., <br />Minneapolis, Minnesota, sub3ect to the acceptance ofthe Change <br />Order adopted by the Village Council of the Village of Falcon <br />Heights at a Special Meeting held June 28th, 1961. <br />2.
