Cartwright: ti?e have agreed we will take out the R-2 district <br />and at the same time the R-3 line ti~•i:_1 be moved up so it <br />bi-sects the Lindig Greenhouse by projecting the North R-3 - <br />line on the u~est of Tatum to the East to a point about the <br />East of the Greenhouse. The Planning Commission recommends <br />acceptance of the corrected zoning man. <br />Nilsen: ~','e have discussed this at some length this evening. The <br />Planning Commission has studied it for tyro years, they held a <br />Public Informational Hearing, the Council held a Hearing <br />December 7th and this meeting tonight. <br />Lauer V~hv does the R-3 line bisect a lot on the North? Nilsen: <br />The property ovme_^ asked for it. He intends to use about a <br />lot and. a half for himself.
