1711 <br />RESOLUTION TO L,iPROVE CF,AWFORD AVENUE FROP~i ARONA AVENUE <br />TO SIP:'Iz'SON AVEtJUE, by Surfacing the Street and Construction <br />of Curbs and Gu+.,ters <br />Vdhereas, pursuant to .resolution of the Council adopted <br />November 9, 1961, a report has been prepared by 3onestroo, <br />Rosene and Associates with reference to the improvement of <br />Crawford ~'~venue from Arona to Simpson, with grading on <br />Simpson as far North as necessary and this report was received <br />by the Council on January 2~, 1962, <br />NOV~f Tj'LREFORE, 3E IT R.~SOLVED r3Y THE VILTAGE COUNCIL OF <br />FALCON HEIc?uTS, AviIT?^~EStimA; <br />1. The Council will consider the improvement of such street <br />in accordance with the report and the assessment of abutting <br />property for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement <br />pursuant to i~~Zinn. Stats,, Secs. 2,29.011-!29.111 at an estimated *.otal <br />cost of the improvement of x'7!.,.88.25. <br />2. A public He-ring s-all be held on such proposed improvement on <br />the 15th day of L'ebruary 1962 at 8 oclock P. J~:i. in the council <br />chambers of the Village Hall and the Clerk shall give published <br />notice and mailed notice of such hearing on improvement as <br />required by law. <br />The above resolution was moved by ~~~rkentien, seconded by <br />Shavor and carried. <br />Galvin will write notice for -~a~er. Avenue between Larpenteur <br />and Crawford by the installation of the wearing surface at an <br />a°~proximate cost of ~2,2U0.00 out of J~iunicipal State Aid Funds <br />A10V1 T~?E;REF'ORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VI:.~LAGE COUNCIL OF FALCON <br />HEIGHTS, '~iI`dnTESOmA; <br />That the proposed improvement be referred to i~onestroa, Rosene <br />& Associates for study and that they be instructed to report to <br />the Council with all convenient speed advising the Council in a <br />preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible and <br />as to whether it should. best be made as proposed or in connection <br />with some other improvement, ?nd the estimated cost of the improve- <br />ment as recommended. <br />Fencing, Idaho- Lemberg reported: Total cost of fencing the entire area. and <br />Snell, p~ G~ changing from !~' to 6' around the ponding area would be ~5~160.00 <br />
