<br />responsible bidder,

<br />FALCQN HEIGHTS, MINr1FSGTA:
<br />1. The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to
<br />enter into the a'tached contract with Minnesota Fence Works,
<br />2110 University Avenue, St. Paul, 3, Minnesota, in the name of
<br />the Village of Falcon Heights for the improvement of the
<br />Snelling-Idaho Playground Area by the construction of a 6'
<br />Chain Link Fence according to the plans and specifications
<br />therefor a-~?~roved by the Villa~!e Council and on file in the
<br />office of the Village Clerk.
<br />2. The Village Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to
<br />return forthwith to all bidders the deposits made with their
<br />bids, except that the deposits of the successful bidder and
<br />the next lowest bidder shall be retained until a contract has
<br />been signed.
<br />Adopted by the Village Council this 18th day of April, 1962,
<br />on motion by VJarkentien, seconded by Shavor and unanimously
<br />carried.
<br />The Ad for bids should have specified 999 linear feet instead
<br />of 936 linear feet. The additional 63 linear feet would bring
<br />thecost to ~k292l1.35 net.
