You have the problem about buffering, maybe 20', and you come up vrith a 100' stretch which isn't usable for any specific purpose. You have to provide usable space and then a 'ouffer to protect your private property. Dahl: The value of the land is very lavr. Novr you have a chance to buy it for a very nominal .amount.
