1755
Hendrix, Yie bought the land with the idea of having a place to retire.
18.57 No ?.~y situation is the same as Steiner's. If this plan goes through,
Fairview: we might as well give the land away.
Peterson, How far back is the proposed lot line from Fairviews
1855 No.
Fairview:
Lemberg: 285' from the proz~erty line to the center of the prouosed road.
Anderson, It seems to me that one of the considerations is the jog in the '
1707 Fair- street, as well as the spur. ~Jhy can't the street be put
view: straight through?
Lemberg: It would be possible to develop the backs of these lots without
fill. They could be picked up with the sewer. This is one way
of cutting down the cost.
Nodland, 1?~9 I would like to put in a vigorous complaint against this
Fairview: plan.
D. Shannon, Would it be necessary to remove any houses?
1390 Tatum:
Nilsen: That would be the Julia Lindig lot. If a developer went in
there, he would undoubtedly remove ?!JIrs. Lindig's house.
Robt Hermes, ? would suggest that the road go straight through.
1875 Fairview
Connolly: Pdy wife has been thinking about building on the Disanto property.
How soon would it be possible to know whetter a building permit
will be issued?
Anderson: It seems to me that the elan as shown here cannot help but create
a lot of hardship and hard feeling. It seems the only way is to
put the road straight through.
Lemberg: It would take 8 or 9' of fill to put the sewer in.
Nilsens I think we need a ponding area. It would be impossible to build
a storm sewer sized adequately to take care of a top storm so
it might be necessary to have a resevoir.
Lemberg: That's true.
Anderson: I hope you will give us some clue as to how we can participate in
the future - whether we can share in the discussions. Vie don't
want a plan about which we have not been consulted forced on us.
Nilsen: Vie just don't overate in that manner. UIe want ideas.
Otto: Vle are against a road going through there.
