1785 <br />Art Lindig Art Lindig and Attorney Tilsen of Robbins, Davis & <br />Propertys Lyons were present. Attorney Tilsen presented a rough <br />draft of what Lindig proposed to do with his property. <br />There was a discussion concerning width of street. <br />They were advised that the matter would have to go to <br />the Planning Commission. Tilsen will prepare additional <br />overlays, showing various proposals, for presentation <br />to the Planning Commission. Shavor moved that the <br />Lindig Plat be referred to the Planning Commission and <br />that the Clerk arrange a 3oint meeting between the <br />Planning Commission, the Council, Mr. Lindig and his <br />representatives. Seconded by Stone and carried. <br />Attorney's Attorney Galvin reported on his progress on the Sub- <br />Reports Division Ordinance. Also that he had a letter from <br />Robert Leibel, Mutual Service Casualty Co., advising <br />that they had denied the claim of Mr. Bruncke for water <br />damage, and the Hansen claim for sewer damage because <br />there were no accidents, rather occurrences coupled <br />with an absence of negligence ox~ liability on the part <br />of the Village.
