Charles Johnson, 1908 Simpson, regarding <br />the trimming, of trees which are getting tall and top-heavy <br />was referred to Engineer Lemberg who will contact Dr. Hard <br />of the Tree Committee for his recommendations. <br />Sewer Repair, Engineer Lemberg advised that Avoles had agreed that the Village <br />1l~57 Iowa. deduct X15.00 for bituminous mix to fill the sunken sewer <br />trench at 157 Iowa. <br />PERA,: The following figures were transmitted from the County Auditor's <br />Office in their letter of September 15th: <br />Contributory share at 6~ ~1,39la.13 <br />Contributory share to amortize deficit at 2~'s 580.89 <br />Contributory share for Police and Fire Fund at 9% 1,209.15 <br />Contributory share to amottize deficit of Police <br />and Fire Fund at 2~ 335.88 <br />Total contribution due ?63,520.05 <br />Requisition, It was moved by Warkentien, seconded by Stone and voted to <br />Fire Dept.s approve the Fire Department's requisition #179 for Wheat Lights, <br />sweeping compound and scouring powder. <br />It was moved by Stone, seconded by Warkentien and voted to <br />approve the purchase of the equipment and materials necessary <br />to fit up the polls at Precinct !~, also the necessary locks and <br />keys for ballot. boxes. <br />Sewer Rental, On motion by Warkentien, seconded by Stone, and carried, it <br />delinquent was voted to adopt the following resolution levying special <br />accounts: assessments for delinquent sanitary sewer charges <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Falcon <br />Heights, Ramsey County, Allinnesota, as follows: <br />1. It is hereby determined that there are delinquent sewer <br />charges against the properties hereinafter set forth, in the <br />amounts set forth opposite the description of such properties. <br />2. A special assessment in the amount hereinafter set forth <br />is hereby levied against each of such tracts respectively. <br />3. The total amount of such special assessment, in each case, <br />shall be payable with the 1962 real estate taxes due and payable <br />during 1963. <br /> <br />
