1802 <br />Simpson Avenue by resurfacing Crawford Avenue and the construc- <br />tion of curbs and gutters on Crawford Avenue, and <br />WHEREAS the Clerk has notified the Council that such proposed <br />assessment has been completed and filed in his office for <br />public inspection, <br />NONI THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Village Council of <br />Falcon Heights, lginnesota: <br />1. A Public Hearing shall be held on the 17th day of October <br />1962 in the Village Ha11 at 8 P. M. to pass upon such proposed <br />assessment and at such time and place all persons owning property <br />affected by such improvement will be given an opportunity to be <br />heard with reference to such assessment. <br />2. The Village Clerk is hereby directed to cause a notice of the <br />Hearing on the proposed assessment to be published once in the <br />official newspaper at least two weeks prior to the hearing and <br />shall state in the notice the total cost of the improvement. <br />The Clerk is hereby directed to mail such notice by U. S. pdail <br />to affected property owners as is required by statute. <br />Adopted by the Council this 21st day of September, 1962. <br />Swimming Pools, Attorney Galvin reported that it is unlawful to drain the water <br />drainage. from a swimming pool down a public street or alley and offenders <br />can be prosecuted under Ordinance 20. <br />Traffic It was moved by Warkentien, seconded by Stone and voted to <br />Ordinance No 66 adopt Ordinance No. 66, an Ordinance Regulating the Use of <br />Highways within the Village of Halton Heights Incorporating <br />Provisions of the Pdinnesota Highway Traffic Regulation Act <br />and the Minn.>sota Driver's License Act by Reference, Imposing <br />Penalties for the Violation Thereof and Repealing Ordinance <br />No. 56. <br />Revolving It was moved by Stone, seconded by Warkentien and voted to <br />Improvement adopt the following resolution: <br />Funds <br />WHEREAS, the Village of Falcon Heights adopted certain sewer <br />rental charges under the provisions of Ordinance No. !t6 of the <br />Village of Falcon Heights, as amended by Ordinances No. !t8 and <br />63, and, <br />WHEREAS, said charges were adopted for the purpose of reimburs- <br />ing the Village of Falcon Heights for necessary repairs, <br />maintenance, and billing and collection costs for said sewer <br />rental, and, <br />WHEREAS, said sewer rental fund now has a balance on hand of <br />X12,330.00 in the general account of said Village, and the <br />reasonable cost of said. repairs, maintenance and billing and <br />collection costs are fully provided for by the charges now <br />provided for in Ordinance No. 63 of the Village of Falcon <br />Heights, and <br /> <br />7 <br />1 <br /> <br />
