<br />WHEREAS, the Village Council deems it necessary, convenient
<br />and pradent to create a Revolving Improvement Fund for the
<br />general welfare of said Village,
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved that, the sum of X7,500.00
<br />be and hereby is transferred from a sewer rental fund of the
<br />general funds of the Village of Falcon Heights to a revolving
<br />improvement fund account in the general fund of the Village
<br />of Falcon Heights.
<br />Water: Attorney Galvin advised that the St. Paul Rrater Department
<br />will set up a meeting for some time next week. It was decided
<br />that the Village Engineer, and at least one member of the
<br />council, preferably 2, attend with the Village Attorney.
<br />Bills: On motion by Stone, seconded by Nilsen, the following bills
